The day, May 18th, could be seen as a normal day with abnormal tasks. Client requested the new-program sample should arrive in Beijing on May 19th. Under the uncertain situation of sample materials, we started up the emergency meeting.
Purchase engineer went to supervise the mould supplier. It took the her the double nights, almost the double shift. All the materials were bringing back successfully on May 18th. When the materials were received by R&D Team, they began assembling as soon as possible. Haven’t assembled the kind of model, it lead the engineers took more time. At the late night, R&D Team still work on the sample. The 8 main core engineers organized a team to focus on assembling and system-testing.
Finally the sample was finished at 6 a.m. on May 19th. As the R&D Team finished the sample, they immediately handed over it to the Sales Manager. After receiving the sample, sales manager flew straightforwardly to Beijing. Successfully delivered the new-program sample to our valuable client on time!
